About this role
AiElements is hiring a Data Engineer in Riyadh to build and maintain large-scale data pipelines and warehousing solutions, with experience on enterprise or government data platforms considered a plus.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain ETL/ELT data pipelines using Spark/PySpark and Airflow
- Work with the Hadoop/Hive/HDFS ecosystem and Iceberg for large-scale data storage
- Design data warehouses and data models
- Support CI/CD and containerized data workflows on Kubernetes
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in data engineering
- Strong Python and SQL skills
- Experience with Apache Spark, Airflow and the Hadoop ecosystem
- Experience with PostgreSQL, Oracle or SQL Server
- Advantage: experience on large-scale enterprise or government data platforms
